I’m Kay (they/them), a nonbinary, queer, disabled, neurodivergent, working class freelancer based in Cardiff.
My time is split between delivering LGBTQ+ inclusion and awareness training, providing consultancy around LGBTQ+ issues, stories and characters - and then snatching whatever creative opportunities come my way in the rest of my time, mainly directing and writing for theatre.
“Leaving the world better than I found it” is a core ethos of mine, and I strive to honour this throughout all the work I do - in delivering inclusion courses, to creating inclusive rehearsal spaces in theatre.
